What we collect

TwoAP collects the information you provide: your account details (name, email), your conversations with the advisor, optional profile answers, and memories you choose to save. We also collect first-party usage analytics (pages visited, referral source, device type) using our own systems — no third-party trackers, no advertising networks.

How your conversations are used

Your messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. A copy of each question and answer is kept in our quality-analytics archive for a maximum of 6 months, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. Your own conversation history remains available to you until you delete it.

Memory

The advisor's memory is fully transparent: you can view, edit, export, and delete every remembered item in Settings → Your memory, or disable memory entirely. Deleting a memory removes it from all future conversations.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Access & portability — export your conversations and memories at any time from within the app.
• Deletion — delete individual conversations, individual memories, or your entire account (Settings → Delete account). Account deletion removes your personal data and purges your analytics archive immediately.
• Correction — edit your profile and memories directly.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to user data is role-restricted and audit-logged.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never show ads. We never share your conversations with anyone other than the AI provider that powers responses.
